All sales on maricheskin.com are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for the purpose of general dissatisfaction or any other reason.  The full product ingredient list is displayed on each product page to avoid allergic reactions to any of our products.  Please therefore check these listings carefully before placing an order.

Our products may contain ingredients that could have a sensitising effect upon initial use.  In addition to carefully following directions for usage as indicated on the product, the slow introduction of these products into the skincare routine is strongly advised, starting with once or twice a week and increasing exposure gradually.  In the event of a severe reaction to any of our products, please contact us on info@mariche.co.za where one of our experienced consultants will be able to assist.  Refunds on products causing adverse reactions will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced within 7 days of delivery.  To be eligible for return / refund, the item must have been purchased from maricheskin.com.  We cannot accept returns of products purchased from retail outlets.  Please return those items to the store where purchased

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@mariche.co.za, citing the order number, full name, phone number and email address, and specifying the reason for return.  Once the return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed along with a return address.  Items returned without prior arrangement or approval will not be accepted.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
